Combination of handmade ”xilopitaki” pasta with tomato and spinach. Ideal for soups and oven meals.



The xilopites pasta become by the technology of “slow, gentle drying”. At low temperatures they kept all the organoleptic characteristics of the flour, semolina, egg and milk. The long duration of 14 to 16 hours the product spends in the dryer helps to keep unchanged its ingredients, vitamins, rich minerals, high nutritional value and taste.
