Juvetsi is a slow cooked  Greek stew dish made with either chicken, lamb or beef. The recipe is not complicated, but requires some preparation and a lot of cooking time. Necessary ingredients are the meat, pasta (traditionally kritharaki or hylopites, a Greek variety of egg noodles in 1cm-long squares), and the tomato sauce, usually spiced with cinnamon, cloves or bay leaves.
