    Grape Varieties: Xinomavro 50%, Syrah 50%.

    Region:  “Petres” (“Rocks”) and “Dromos” (“Road”) sub-region. Amyndeon plateau.

    Personality: Splendid, purple red color. Complex, typical bouquet of spices (vanilla, pepper, clove), with hints of ripe blackberry. Full mouth, with vanilla aroma, rounded tannins, balanced acidity and wood tones. Long aftertaste with intense quince aroma.

  • Biblia Chora

    Biblia Chora

    Red
    A deep purple in colour, the wine matured for about 12 months in new oak barrels from France. It has pure and complex bouquet of ripe red fruit, caramel, cedar, chocolate and some spicy notes on the finish. A full and intense flavour with a full body, good structure and a high tannin content which provides a lasting aftertaste and good ageing potential.

    Rose
    A lively and vivid pomegranate colour. The rich aroma of ripe red fruit like morello cherries, bilberry and strawberry, with some notes of piquant spices are the characteristics produced by this unique variety as it grows on the slopes of Mt. Pangeon. A very well structured wine with a strong flavour; the presence of tannins is discreet and the wine has a characteristic acidity and an enduring aroma.

    White
    A gentle, yellow-green colour of remarkable clarity. The marriage of the cosmopolitan and fragrant Sauvignon with the Greek Assyrtiko produces a wine with a powerful aroma redolent of exotic fruit, peach and citrus. A rich, cool and beautifully balanced flavour, pleasant acidity and a lasting, fragrant aftertaste.

    Personality: Really intriguing wine, spicy, nervy and fruity. Medium bodied with notes of blackberry and currant, nutmeg and bayberry. Oak is very sensibly managed.

    Region:  Old vines in central Peloponnese, non irrigated in clay soil at an altitude of 300m.

    Personality: Purple in colour, balanced and round with aroma of vanilla and red fruit.

    Harmony: A fine accompaniment to meat and all yellow cheeses.

    Region: Corinthia, Peloponnesos.

    Oenology: Separate vinification of the two grape varieties at controlled temperatures of 18º-22ºC. Skin contact for 5–6 days with gradual increase of the temperature.

    Personality: A fresh wine with aromas of red fruits, pleasant and well-balanced medium-sweet taste.

    Region: Amyndeon plateau. Amyndeon viticulture zone. North-western Macedonia. “Turtles” sub-region.

    Personality: Brilliantly, light yellow in color with greenish tints. Strong and lively nose, typical Malagouzia, suggesting rose petal with floral aromas and sweet spices, melon, litchi with a note of honeysuckle. Round and mellow on the palate, fat but balanced, high in alcohol with plenty of finesse. Well structured, reminding the nose aromas with a hint of rosemary. A richly textured wine with superb length and balance. A classy wine with long finish and persistent aromas.

    Harmony: Excellently married with green salads, baked vegetables, pasta, low fat fishes and a wide variety of Greek sea food “Meze”.

    Grape Varieties: Mavrodaphne, Korinthiaki

    Region: Peloponnese

    Terroir: The Mavrodaphne grapes originate from vineyards that are located in hillsides over the gulf of Patras.

    Oenology: The grapes are macerated and the fermentation is stopped with the addition of alcohol. Ageing takes place in oak barrels for at least one year.

    Personality: Deep red colour with aromas of red dried fruits, chocolate and coffee. It is a rich and succulent full bodied sweet red wine.

    Personality: The dark purple colour with violet reflections retains all its intensity. The nose is dominated by an intense bouquet of cherries and plums followed by scents of chocolate, smoke and vanilla. Generous in the mouth, with good balanced and lively tannins contributing to a velvety structure. Long and fruity aftertaste, with a light touch of oak. It needs further ageing to reveal its full potential.

    Harmony: Ideal serving temperature: 17-18 ° C. combined with superb … cooked meats with spicy sauces, hunting and yellow cheeses.

Well balanced and richly flavored in mouth with pleasing freshness. Clean and fruity aftertaste finishing with the characteristic crispness of Assyrtiko.

    Harmony: Ideal serving temperature 9-11 ° C, to bring out all the richness of aroma and freshness of flavour. Serve with: seafood and shellfish dishes, pasta with white sauces, white meats and salads.
